At Deen Store, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 3–7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method within a few business days after inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
